Wednesday was beef day
This would have to be one of the tastiest steaks i've ever made or eaten, the wild mushroom and beef jew sauce was awesome, as was the potato rosti.!!
This was a quick an easy stack made with marinated lamb and eggplant crisps.

That night i didnt eat dinner, mum was cooking steak!
