School if finally over for the year, these last two weeks have been hectic, but great fun.
These are a few of the dish's I prepared this week
This fish pocket rocket number is awesome and so easy. Put your fish and what ever ingredients you would like to infuse with it onto a piece of tin foil, fold it up and place into the oven for 10mins.
Cut open and serve as is!!!

On our last day we cooked a lunch for 20 people.

We cooked a Steak Dish and a Fish Curry
We had a Chris Kringle and i was given a watch from my teacher, for always rocking up late to her Finance classes!!!!shii
